Coolidge

It seemed appropriate that a town named after Silent Cal would be so quiet.

There were sandhills north of the highway outside of town, and lots of hay in the fields. Seems like there's a lot of ranching around this part of the county. We saw the Southeast Colorado Co-Op, gravel roads, some modest and tidy homes, and a bed and breakfast. There are also many older buildings around town, as well as a cafe and a post office.
