Barnes is a cute and very old little town. There were lots of businesses downtown: A cafe, an antique store, a barber / beauty shop, a handyman, and a bank. There was also a nice-looking park with a bandshell.
We had my brother Barnabas with us, and his nickname is Barnes, so he is the one whose picture we took here. (We almost abandoned him in his namesake town, but decided that would be too cruel.)
