Johnson City

We saw Johnson City's grain elevator from seven miles away. There's just nothing else on the horizon out here. There's a big array of silos outside of town, along with many trailer homes. We saw a lot of other housing, too: Some nice homes, some not so nice.

The town has a courthouse, a couple of schools, and the county historical museum. There are also lots of small businesses and a few grocery stores.

The historical museum is especially lovely, and it has a really well-maintained lawn and line of trees with a nice bench to sit on.
