We saw more Friends churches in this city, along with a hospital, the county Emergency Medical Services, post office, a courthouse, the fairgrounds, lots of businesses, a school, and a large elevator owned by Seaboard Foods. We also saw a pretty mural, which is always a nice way to display the local flavor.
We also saw a super sketchy building that promised "Finest Water," and even had "ENTRENC" helpfully scratched into a piece of plywood and pointing to the tarp-draped front door. We will not be seeing if that place truly has the finest water.
There's also a very colorful sign advertising "DULCELANDIA," the Spanish equivalent of "Candy Land." It was too early in the day to stop there; maybe next time...
Lots going on here!
